Is justice a product of human mind?
the answer depends upon the perspective

Quality of justice

Justice is not mere implimentation of law.

Law is considered to be a tool for implimentation of justice but need not be effective always.

Sometimes the implimentation of law itself may lead to injustice

Justice as we perceived may not be the ideal and absolute justice.

The quality of justice can be  evaluted only in after setting parameters for identifying quality of justice.

Justice is constant but law is subject to change.

Tools and techniques for maintaining the quality of justice.

Justice is abstract so is quality but both aims for what ought to be.

Absolute justice need not be impartial but the bias if any shall be in proper direction.

Justice in individual  perspective and collective perspective may vary in superficial level.

Justice created through synergy is nearest to the absolute justice.

But  an original vision of an indvidual may lead a pathway to absolute justice.

There is link to absolute justice with every human being.  Truth and wisdom will lead us to the nearest point  to absolute justice  .

Positive venture to attain absolute justice will help to reach the posible proximity to absolute justice.

Concept of justice can be formulated through Inductive or deductve methods and it may emerge as an inherent  ability.

The natural way for implimentation of justice is proper behaviour .

The other forms are adjudication ,ADR , sovereign action etc.

This rule is relevant in the case of the behaviour  of human beings.

In case a problem originates from nature it  can be analysed  with refernce to the human activites only.
